Bailey is a qualified diesel mechanic with a strong foundation in mobile plant equipment, forklifts, and small machinery repairs bringing a practical, workshop-savvy skillset to his role at Vantage NSW. His mechanical work focuses on small parts diagnostics, maintenance, and servicing across the business, helping keep vital machinery moving and in top condition.

In the field, Bailey plays a key role in supporting growers across Moree, Narrabri, and the Liverpool Plains with the installation and servicing of PTx Trimble steering systems, application control, and RTK base stations. He’s particularly valued for his ability to pair technical installs with hands-on know-how, ensuring that precision ag systems and the machines they run on are both operating at peak performance.

Bailey was first introduced to ag-tech during his time at Kenway & Clark, where he developed a strong interest in guidance systems and data-driven farming. Since joining Vantage NSW over three years ago, he’s strengthened his diagnostic capabilities particularly around precision planting and control systems and looks to continue his development as the industry demands increase.

Outside of work, you’ll find him on the footy field playing league for Boggabri or catching up with mates over a round of golf, touch footy, or OzTag.
