By entering this event, field day, expo, or demonstration space hosted or co-hosted by Vantage NSW, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
1. Photography and videography may be undertaken throughout the event for promotional, training, and documentation purposes.
2. By entering the space, you consent to being photographed or recorded by Vantage NSW or its authorised representatives. This may include drone footage where applicable.
3. Photos or video recordings may be used in:
○ Social media posts○ Promotional materials
○ Website content○ Industry publications
○ Internal training resources
4. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please speak to a Vantage NSW team member at the registration desk or upon arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
5. All image and video handling complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and our published Privacy & Marketing Policy.
